Want the ultimate FREE key to unlock your best summer yet?
Have I created the eGuide for you! Read on to find out how to get your copy!
Have you been hearing the murmurs? The low rumble? I’ve been told multiple times over to “Get ready!” The Roaring Twenties are about to fall upon us like a tidal wave!
And to be honest, I feel it too. There’s been a restaurant renaissance unfolding in my hometown… I can’t believe the good food coming out of downtown Olympia right now. (You want my off the cuff, brand new Oly restaurant recommendations? Try The Row, Koko’s Lounge, and Cynara. You won’t be disappointed).
One of the absolute highlights of this spring has been creating a bespoke honeymoon to the Pacific Northwest. Sharing the beautiful region that I am lucky to call home is such a special privilege, and I can’t wait to hear about the new couple’s adventure when they return.
I’m finally going to take a little break this weekend myself, and am headed to one of my favorite Washington towns with one of my very best friends. We have been looking forward to this girls’ trip for months and I’m so excited to relax, laugh, eat some good food and shop in little stores I haven’t been in since 2019.
I’m also ready for summer day trips with my girl. Since she was a tiny little thing I have always taken her on as many summer adventures as we can fit into our schedule. And after the year we’ve had, we are more than ready to get out and have some fun.
Which brings me to a very special project I’ve been working on and am SO excited to share with you…

This FREE eGuide includes nearly 50 pages of photos and descriptions of 100 activities and adventures from all over Washington state -from sunny Chelan to the misty Peninsula- and is sure to have something that will appeal to just about anyone in your family or crew of fellow adventurers. You’ll find activities that truly range from $2 per person to $99. There may be adventures in your hometown you hadn’t considered (looking at you, Olympia!) or activities perfect for a day-trip you never realized existed (did you know how many AMAZING museums are practically in your backyard?) or pick a cluster of activities you could create a whole weekend getaway around. The options are endless!
And before anyone says, “Oh my gosh Hannah, you wrote a guide book!!” No, no- I happily curated this content. All of the descriptions come directly from the suppliers of said activities. I lightly edited and condensed for consistency of how the entries read, but as a writer, it’s an important distinction for me to make. Plus, I wanted you to have this THIS YEAR, not five years from now, lol. So, sorry -it won’t come sprinkled with the occasional bad pun and little personal touches that a typical itinerary from me would come with, but it IS informative!
Another thing worth noting is that there are some great experiences that didn’t make the cut because they have not resumed operations in the wake of the last year. There are also a couple of activities listed that aren’t “in season” yet -you’re not going to find Clydesdales pulling winter sleighs anywhere this summer, for example- but I thought some winter inspiration might be fun too. I envision the guide getting a little seasonal facelift every 6 months or so!
So how do you get this beautiful thing for your very own?! Easy-peasy; it’s going out this Friday in the Tapestry Travel email newsletter. Mosey on over to the Contact page and sign up in the box at the bottom.
Email newsletter subscribers get special extras like this, little stories from me, and travel updates roughly every two to four weeks. Your information is never shared with any third parties, and I am not a fan of pushy sales emails, so you will never see those either. The last time I sent the newsletter out I believe I talked about traveling with pets…
